The best centerpiece for your luau is our football cake, available in a variety of different accessories and team colors. We can also produce these cakes for any school or league football game. Our football cakes have a single layer 9” chocolate cake with a chocolate football cake sitting on top that has one filling then it is decorated with our buttercream frosting in team colors. You can also place special order for white cake.
Order a special foot long sub for your parties with exceptional meats and cheeses.

Valentine’s Day:

Specialty cookies, 9” heart shaped cakes and cookies, gourmet brownies, heart shaped petit fours and our decadent French pastries.

St. Patrick’s Day:

Grasshopper Pie, which we call Mint Mousse Pie, Clover Leaf cookies with green sugar, clover leaf shaped petit fours and our Irish Soda Bread

Easter/Passover:
|
Challa bread is sweet egg dough and recognizable by the traditional braided style with or with out seeds. We also produce this bread at least once a week throughout the year for special orders. Hot Cross Buns are also a favorite.
Bunny cakes, Easter Egg cakes and a wide assortment of decorated cut-out cookies are made to order during the season.

Mother’s Day:
|
Surprise mom with our custom cupcakes like Dobash Delight, our gourmet chocolate cupcake with a pocket of Dobash icing in the center and topped with Chantilly frosting.
We also have cupcakes or petit fours decorated with plumerias or red roses.

Father’s Day:
|
Mile High Apple Cake made with our butter cookie dough, walnuts, granny smith apples, raisins and topped with a butter cookie lattice. It stands over 3” high and is 10” wide.

Indepedence Day,
The 4th of July:

Apple Pie, French Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, Key Lime Pie, cupcakes with flag decorations, or our delicious open fruit cake decorated to look like a flag.

We offer an assortment of decorated cut-out shortbread cookies and an assortment of decorated cupcakes

Thanksgiving:
|
Let us make all your specialty breadsticks, rolls, breads and Rolf’s Lavosh. Then for dessert try our pumpkin, sweet potato, mincemeat, pecan or one of our other specialty crust or cream pies

Christmas:
|
Original Dresdner Stollen, a non yeast cake with almonds, golden raisins soaked in rum and orange and lemon peel. We start producing this in November until New Years Day.
Gingerbread houses, gingerbread Santa, tree, star, Santa face cookies, cut-out sugar cookies, Yule logs in chocolate or mocha and French pastries with assorted holiday decorations.
