For many years, Rolf's Lavosh™ has appeared on the dining tables of Hawaii’s finest restaurants and homes. Lavosh is popular as a replacement for heavier slices of regular bread — for the gourmets its a real taste treat, and for the younger set it’s a great snack between meals.
7000 years ago, more or less, some unknown genius — most likely a woman — baked the first bread. It was baked on a large heated stone and must have tasted good, for soon everyone was baking bread.
Today, the shepherds in the rugged highlands of Armenia still make their bread the very old way. They call it LAVOSH, which means “forever crispy.”
At Rolf's Lavosh™, we use an authentic Armenian recipe for our Lavosh. And, even though we use modern ovens instead of heated stones, our is almost as good as the shepherds’ — or perhaps even better!
WHERE TO PURCHASE: At your local Sam’s Club and Foodland in the state of Hawaii.

“Serve this with paté at your next party!
If you’ve never had this, you have to try it. Light, crispy, and loaded with sesame seeds. It’s perfect for anything you’d put on a cracker-or just by itself. I’m addicted to it. Sam’s in Honolulu is one of the few places to find it in Hawaii.”
